Tempo de Bolero: a Spanish romantic sextet playing live

In the North of Spain, in Santander, an incredible sextet plays live bolero music every tuesday night.

The bolero music is the most romantic music in Spanish, much more sentimental than a balade or a serenade, is ment to be the music for the soul and the heart of lovers.

Th sextet “TEMPO DE BOLERO” play guitars, clarinet, violonchello, bass and latin percussion (congas, maracas and bongoes) and sing in several voices due to they become from the Cantabrian Opera Chorus.

You can listen to them while eating the original “finger food” of the romantic Bar “TEMPO”, in the Puertochico and Tetuan streets of Santander, every tuesday form 10:30 to 11:30 pm. Entrance free.

As you may know, the bolero is the most romantic music ever made in Spanish, father of the balad, of the serenade and grandfather of the actual romantic melodies.
